Your Rights, Our Obligations, Platform Rules

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ww55 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, guidelines, and policies published on the platform from time to time, including without limitation the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of services available on ww55, you must complete the account registration process and create a single player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active ww55 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ww55 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify ww55 of any changes to your registered details, including your contact information or payment method, by updating your account profile or contacting the support team.
• Account verification: ww55 reserves the right to require identity and payment verification at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identity document, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentation relating to your payment methods.

ww55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts that are found to have been registered in breach of these conditions may be closed at any time, and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited at ww55's sole discretion.

ww55 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and supported bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotion or on the deposit page.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the initiating financial institution.
• ww55 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider or financial institution are your own responsibility.
• All funds deposited into your ww55 account must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• ww55 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its fraud prevention and compliance procedures.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between player accounts.

Players may request withdrawals of eligible account balances subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the ww55 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, ww55 may require full account verification, including identity and payment method documentation. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent the withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• ww55 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per time period. Any applicable limits will be communicated via the platform's withdrawal interface.
• Processing times for withdrawal requests vary by payment method. ww55 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside ww55's control.
• ww55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may request further documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly where large amounts or unusual account activity is involved.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, ww55 may temporarily withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds associated with the breach may be forfeited.

ww55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a validity period within which the associated wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain unplayed after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Eligible games: Not all games on ww55 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Generally, certain live casino games and table games may carry a reduced contribution rate compared to slots.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit a bonus, promotion, or free bet offer through systematic wagering strategies, matched betting, account manipulation, or any other method deemed by ww55 to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

• Bet acceptance: ww55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been opened in error or where the stated odds are materially incorrect.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet placement interface and may vary by game type, sport, or market.
• Cricket and sports betting: All cricket and sports betting results are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB for Bangladesh matches, BPL organising committee for BPL fixtures) at the conclusion of the relevant event. In-play bets are settled based on the score and match state at the time of result confirmation.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the individual game as operated by the game studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or other applicable provider). In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Slots and RNG games: All slot and random number generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by certified and independently audited software. ww55 does not influence or interfere with RNG game outcomes.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any player who becomes aware of such an error is required to cease play and notify the ww55 support team immediately. Winnings generated through a known or suspected error are not payable.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct any transaction that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ww55 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any platform content without the prior written consent of ww55.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ww55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption to platform access or service availability resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or third-party network outages.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ww55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
